Product was packaged well and arrived intact, customer service was easy to work with and friendly. They did a good job using my graphics and easy to communicate . The only thing I would say, is the plug was a Chinese plug , so I bought a converter . Perhaps that was my error , I didn’t that I ordered that. Everyone likes my sign . Better price then amazons custom neon sign as well
I love this sign!! It is almost exactly what I wanted. I didn’t give it 5 stars because it doesn’t have on/off switch. That is the only thing that would have made it better. It also would have been cool if I could change the colors. But I did not request it, but wish I would have thought about it. But it was exactly as they said it would be and it looks great in our shop.
The neon sign is really cool! Remembers your last light setting on power down. I cannot see any individual bright spots for the leds either. Really good work.

The signs look awesome and the build quality looks good. Fast shipping. My only concern is I didn’t see a dimmer and I thought that was part of the order. They’re a little bright for my nieces in certain lighting.
